Returns

Andy South will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged or defective merchandise for an exchange, merchandise credit or refund (less shipping charges). Please visit the "product returns" page on our online shop site and complete the "Product Return Form". Once submitted, a request will be generated and reviewed by our online shop staff. If the return request meets our return guidelines, an RMA number will be generated and sent to you via email. Please print the RMA confirmation email include that along with a copy of the invoice with your return shipment. Returns must be postmarked within 21 calendar days from date of purchase. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Please return items in their original condition with the tags attached in original packaging. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Andy South has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Because we cannot be responsible for packages shipped to us, we highly suggest you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow 21 days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. An email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

 
Please be sure to return items in their original contition with tags attached in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice and RMA number confirmation email. Exclusion of any of the above may cause a delay or denial of the return.

A NOTE ON EXCHANGES
 
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
